In 2020, Morgan Real Estate acquired 20-24 Kirby Street from Aberdeen Standard IM on behalf of Private Owners. The property is a prominent end-of-terrace building with strong fundamentals, situated in the heart of Farringdon, one of London’s most dynamic and rapidly developing locations.
The redevelopment features a single-storey extension, providing outdoor terrace space. External upgrades have been sensitively undertaken as the building sits within the Hatton Garden Conservation Area. Internally, the building is undergoing a significant transformation, with a reconfiguration designed to optimise the floorplate and create a more efficient, flexible office space suited to modern needs. The enhancements combine to produce a revitalised building, prioritising both comfort and sustainability. Key improvements include thermal upgrades, new MEPH strategy, abundant natural light, smart technology, high-quality end-of-trip facilities, and shared tenant amenities such as a meeting room and gym.
