Alex Morgan
Partner
Alex is head of Asset Management and also works on the delivery of development projects. His key role is to agree and implement the business strategies for investment and development assets. Alex oversees reporting to our investment partners.

Ken is head of Investment. His focus is the sourcing, analysis and acquisition of new investment and development opportunities.

Simon works on the sourcing and underwriting of new investment opportunities, as well as the management of key development projects.
Richard Bennett
Development Director
Richard is head of Development Management with a specific focus on the detailed design of projects during the pre-construction phase, as well as leading on sustainability. In 2021 Richard won the BREEAM Directors award for his outstanding contribution to sustainability in industry.

Lucy manages developments from early and detailed design stages through the construction phase to completion.

Prior to establishing adpt Property Management, Brock was Head of UK Property Management at CLS Holdings PLC. Brock is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

As Head of Property Accounting Sherryl is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the service charge function as well as all other property related financial matters.

Robert Houston MBE
Non Executive Chairman
Robert is Chairman of Morgan Real Estate. He is currently Chairman of St Bride’s Managers as well as Chairman of UBS Real Estate & Private Market’s European (ex DACH) Investment Commitee. Previously he was the Global Chairman and Chief Executive of ING Real Estate Investment Management, one of the world’s largest property investment managers with more than $80 billion of assets worldwide and operating in 22 countries across four continents. Robert helps guide Morgan’s strategy and provides valuable insight into our business operation.
Simon Staite
Non-Executive Director
Simon is an adviser to Morgan Real Estate. He recently retired from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, where he was a senior partner in their commercial real estate group. He was a trusted adviser to both UK and European institutions, as well as leading property companies, on major investment transactions and developments. He also specialised in advising inward investors into London from Hong Kong and China. Simon helps MRE with input on legal issues, risk management and strategy
